Australian Chef Paul Penney has become well known in Michigan’s cooking scene with his personal chef service called Aussie in the Kitchen. He presents and teaches for lunch-and-learn cooking programs at businesses throughout Southeast Michigan and uses his personal health transformation to promote plant-based recipes on local television stations. The new Cooking with Blue Cross Complete cookbook by Chef Paul features healthy, affordable recipes he had demonstrated at Blue Cross community events.

Shari is owner and president of Shari Steinbach & Associates, LLC, a nutrition and culinary communication consulting firm connecting food companies, health professionals and consumers in the retail setting. With over 25 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian with two major supermarkets, Shari understands the retail wellness landscape and consumer needs.
