Andrew Akhaphong, DCN, MS, RD, LD, is the Corporate Registered Dietitian for Mackenthun’s Fine Foods, a family-owned grocery retailer in Minnesota. In his role, Andrew integrates nutrition expertise into multiple areas of retail operations, including marketing, visual merchandising, vendor and brand partnerships, customer engagement, and specialty purchasing. Beyond his corporate responsibilities, he provides individualized nutrition counseling, leads grocery store tours, and delivers community education programs designed to promote healthy lifestyles and empower consumers to make informed food choices.
